City Representatives
What is a City Representative Office?
We need to define certain qualities and responsibilities for those who will be our city representatives. First and foremost, this person must be a member of our club and an active athlete. They need to possess technical knowledge and a good understanding of the fundamental movements of the sport. It is preferable that they be able to communicate easily with people, have team management skills, and possess leadership qualities. Furthermore, the city representative must be an official member of our club.
This role should be entirely voluntary. The individual must be willing and dedicated to promoting and spreading sports. It is also important that they possess a social structure that allows them to communicate and collaborate with other athletes and institutions in the city (e.g., schools, municipalities, gyms).
The representative should build relationships and facilitate information exchange among athletes in the city. They are expected to organize regular training sessions, events, and recruit new athletes to the club. They should also promote Street Training and Calisthenics by organizing demonstrations and seminars in schools, universities, or public spaces, or by publicizing the sport through social media.
They must regularly report on their work and communicate the city's needs to the central office. Finally, they must ensure that the logo, brand, and vision chosen by the community are correctly implemented in the city. In this way, the city representative takes on the task of promoting sports in their region.
